Return / Cancellation Policies

Cancel Items from an Order
CR500 Works customers may cancel an item from their order for any item except for of special orders or sale items provided that the customer order has not yet entered the CR500 Works shipping and processing department.
Customers are encouraged to contact CR500 Works as soon as possible to cancel items from their order.
Once an item has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled by our customer service department. However, customers may return the item at their own shipping expense for a full refund. Please refer to the CR500 Works Return Policy below for more information.

General Return Policy
CR500 Works customers may return new, unopened items purchased and fulfilled from CR500 Works within 30 days of CR500 Works receipt or invoice for a full refund at customer's own shipping expense. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. CR500 Works will only pay return shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.
Customers should expect to receive a full credit to the credit card used to place the order within two weeks of CR500 Works receiving a returned item to the return shipper. However, in many cases, customers may receive a refund from CR500 Works sooner. This time period includes the transit time for CR500Works to receive the customer return from the shipper (5 to 8 business days) and the time it takes CR500 Works to process customer returns once CR500 Works receives them (2 to 5 business days).

Items That Are Not Returnable
CR500 Works does not accept returns of the following items:
1. Items that are opened and used.
2. Items that are damaged by customers.

If a customer receives a faulty item from CR500 Works, it can be exchanged for the same product as a replacement. The customer may return the item to CR500 Works for inspection complete with proof of customer shipping costs. If upon inspection by CR500 Works the item is deemed faulty, CR500 Works will ship a replacement item to the customer at no expense. CR500 Works will also include reimbursement to the customer for the shipping costs incurred to ship the faulty item back to CR500 Works.

Please allow approximately 5 to 7 business days to process returns after items are received at the CR500 Works Returns Center. CR500 Works will notify customer via e-mail when the replacement items are processed and ready to be shipped.
